UVERworld、TAKUYA∞生誕祭で“男祭りVS女祭り”を同時開催

UVERworldが12月21日（金）に神奈川・横浜アリーナにて『TYCOON TOUR TAKUYA∞生誕祭』を開催。ステージ中央で左右に客席を半分に分け『男祭り』と『女祭り』を同時に行うという、UVERworld史上、そして横浜アリーナ史上においても、初の試みを成功させた。

『7th Trigger』から始まったこの日のライブでは、アルバム『TYCOON』の収録曲を中心にこの日はTAKUYA∞が歌いたい曲をふんだんに取り入れたセットリストを展開。スタンディングエリアとなっていたアリーナ席はモッシュピット状態となった。後半戦ではTAKUYA∞（Vo）が「このツアーで一番の熱い瞬間を俺たちで迎えようぜ！」と焚き付けて始まった「IMPACT」では客席から大合唱が発生。会場を包んだ歌声にTAKUYA∞は「こんなすごい「IMPACT」見たことない！何だよ今の！？」と喜びの声を上げた。

そして、ライブを「在るべき形」で締めくくるはずが、最後のMCでTAKUYA∞が「17年間UVERworldをやってきて、こういう大事な時に全国から、世界から仲間が集まって祝ってくれることが宝。ラスト、俺のやりたい曲を全員で歌ってくれ！」と高らかに言い放ち、始まったのは「MONDO PIECE」。客席の大勢のファンが肩を組み合い、この日一番の大合唱が会場を包むと、熱気冷めやらぬままこの日のステージは幕を閉じた。

ツアーはこの後12月25日（月）には10年連続となる日本武道館ライブと年末の福岡マリンメッセ公演と続く。なおこの日のライブの模様とアルバム『TYCOON』や全国ツアーに迫る特別番組がWOWOWにて独占放送されることも発表されている。
