LAZYgunsBRISKY、ショートフィルム『The Sea』特別予告編公開

ガールズロックバンド・LAZYgunsBRISKY のショートフィルム『The Sea』が2月21日（水）午前11時30分から、第68回ベルリン国際映画祭で4K上映されることがわかった。主演はドラマ『先に生まれただけの僕』三田ほのか役の好演で話題を呼んだ山田佳奈実、監督は大河ドラマ『西郷どん』連続テレビ小説『ひよっこ』オープニングのクリエイティブディレクター・佃尚能が務めている。

『The Sea』は監督の佃尚能がLAZYgunsBRISKY のライブで同曲に出会い、楽曲制作のきっかけとなった、かつてバンドに実際に起こった出来事をモチーフに、ショートフィルムとして映像化した作品。卓越した演技力とダンス力を兼ね備える新人女優・山田佳奈実と、国内外で活躍する振付家・龍美帆と共に、ダンスと音楽を基軸とするショートフィルム『The Sea』を有志で作り上げた。

同作は、1月に米・フロリダで開催された『Logcinema Music Film Festival』で最優秀音響効果賞を受賞した他、現在、イタリアの映画賞でも、最優秀ミュージックビデオ・最優秀振付賞を含む4部門にノミネート（最終結果は2月15日に発表）。今回、映画製作支援サイト、シネマプランナーズのサポートを得て、ベルリン国際映画祭『European Film Market』でのプレミア上映が実現した。

ショートフィルム『The Sea』は、現地時間2月21日（水）11：30 から、ベルリン・ポツダム広場 CinemaxX スクリーン11で上映。世界の短編作品10本と共にヨーロッパプレミア上映される。
