GLIM SPANKY、シングル「All Of Us」リリース＆リード曲のドラマタイアップ決定

5月12日（土）に自身初となる日本武道館公演を控えているGLIM SPANKYが、日本武道館直前の5月9日（水）に4thシングル「All Of Us」をリリースすることが決定！　そしてリード曲でもある「All Of Us」が、4月にスタートするテレビ朝日系 木曜ミステリー『警視庁・捜査一課長 season3』の主題歌であることも発表された。2017年の『警視庁・捜査一課長 season2』主題歌「美しい棘」に続いての主題歌決定となる。

リード曲「All Of Us」は、毎日を一生懸命に生きている人たちの明日への一歩を勇気づける暖かく力強い楽曲で、GLIM SPANKYの真骨頂を感じられる作品になっている。『警視庁・捜査一課長』は、2012年7月『土曜ワイド劇場』からスタートし、2016年4月クールの『木曜ミステリー』枠で連続ドラマとして羽ばたいた人気シリーズの第3弾。“連ドラの鉄人”の異名を誇る俳優・内藤剛志が一年ぶりに、ヒラ刑事から這い上がってきた“叩き上げ”の捜査一課長・大岩純一を熱演する。内藤演じる大岩一課長を中心とした“熱き刑事たちのドラマ”と、GLIM SPANKYが放つ“熱きロック魂”が融合し、さらなる熱さと感動を全国にもたらす“シーズン3”になることは間違いない。

そしてカップリング曲には、三越伊勢丹グループ各店で開催された『2018花々祭 WILD FLOWERS～花を愛する人々～』キャンペーンオリジナルソング「The Flowers」を収録。春のはじまりを告げるキャンペーンで“花を愛する人々”をテーマに、1960～70年代のフラワームーブメントをインスピレーション源として、愛と平和、音楽とファッション、そこに息づく自由な感性を表現している。こちらも年齢に捉われることなく、自分の好きなものに熱中する子供からエイジレスな大人たちに新しい季節に向かう高揚感を提供する、そんな一曲になっている。
