Mrs. GREEN APPLE、3rdアルバム『ENSEMBLE』から「アウフヘーベン」のフルMV公開

Mrs. GREEN APPLEが3rdアルバム『ENSEMBLE』から「アウフヘーベン」のフルサイズMVを公開した。4月18日（水）にリリースされた同アルバムはiTunesリアルタイムチャートで1位、そしてレコチョク、LINE MUSICのデイリーチャートでも1位を獲得。そしてCDアルバムは自身最高位となるオリコンウィークリーチャート初登場3位を記録した。

「アウフヘーベン」は、大森元貴（Vo＆Gu）が高校2年の冬に書いた作品で、1stアルバム『TWELVE』収録の「パブリック」と対になっている楽曲。大森は当時、1日に2.3曲作るほど楽曲制作に没頭していて、その中でも個人的に印象に残っている曲だという。「パブリック」は“人そのもの”を歌っているが、この曲は“人が何をするか”や、“人の思想”について書かれている。MVのイラストは大森とほぼ同じ歳の現役の学生が担当しているとのことなので、こちらも注目だ。

また、Mrs. GREEN APPLEは5月12日（土）のパルテノン多摩 大ホール公演を皮切りに、ホールワンマンツアー『ENSEMBLE TOUR』がスタートする。幕張メッセ公演以外はすべてSOLD OUTとなっているので、気になる方はお早めにチケットをゲットしてほしい。

「スタジオに来て曲を聴いてもらって、そのイメージで1枚絵を書いてもらったのですが、点描で曲のイメージを見事に描いてくれてイメージをすぐに共有できたので、非常に良いものが出来上がるとワクワクしました。同じくらいの歳のクリエイターと作品を作れたこと、そして曲に対しての愛情と理解、それを形にする努力と才能。そういうすべてのものが詰まった作品になったと思います。」
