高橋優、「おやすみ」が連続ドラマ『東野圭吾 変身』の主題歌に決定！

　人気作家・東野圭吾の125万部を越える傑作医療サスペンスの連続ドラマ版『東野圭吾 変身』が7月27日（日）22：00よりWOWOWで放送スタート。その主題歌が高橋優の「おやすみ」に決定した。

　神木隆之介主演作に高橋の楽曲が使われるのは、日本アカデミー賞作品賞を受賞した『桐島、部活やめるってよ』に続いて2作目で、ドラマとしては初となる。

　東野圭吾の医療サスペンスをドラマ化した本作は、奇跡の医科学、禁断の技術を軸に、“人間とは何か？ 愛するとは何か？ 心とは一体どこにあるのか？”というテーマに迫り、詩情あふれる切ないラブストーリーが展開されていく。主題歌となる「おやすみ」は、その世界感をさらに深いものにしている。

東野圭吾さんの小説はこれまで何度も読ませていただいておりましたので、こういった形で作品に参加させていただけることを非常に光栄に思いました。

■主題歌「おやすみ」について　
自分にとって大切な人が一日の終わりに眠りにつくとき、その一日がどんなものであったとしても、目を閉じ意識が途切れるまでに頭の中に浮かぶ映像が幸せで満ちたものであったらいいなあという願いから、この楽曲を作りました。

■視聴者の皆様へメッセージ　
「東野圭吾 変身」という素晴らしい作品と共に自分の楽曲を聴いていただけることを心から嬉しく思います。そしてこの楽曲をライブで皆さんに直接唄わせていただけるときを想像しながら、僕もドラマを楽しみに拝見させていただこうと思います。

今回、主題歌「おやすみ」を聞かせて頂いて、ドラマの世界観とリンクしていて心打たれました。素晴らしいと言う言葉では足りないのですが、でもこの言葉しか出てきませんでした。純一と恵にふさわしい、とても切なく、温かい曲だと思います。涙なしでは聴けないこの素晴らしい曲を、ドラマを見て下さる皆さんにも早くお届けしたいと思いました。
