高野哲（ZIGZO）率いるTHE BLACK COMET CLUB BANDが始動

ZIGZOとnil、ピアノトリオのTHE JUNEJULYAUGUSTに、シアターブルック・佐藤タイジと組むインディーズ電力と縦横無尽に活動している高野哲が、新バンドTHE BLACK COMET CLUB BANDを結成した。

しかし、これはnilとTHE JUNEJULYAUGUSTの合体バンド！　nilは言わずと知れたザ・クロマニヨンズのベーシスト、“コビー”として活躍する小林勝、 ハンサム兄弟にも参加するドラマーの風間弘行と、全詩曲を手がけるボーカル＆ギターの高野哲からなる鉄壁のライブバンドだが、そこに合体するTHE JUNEJULYAUGUSTのメンツも負けてはいない。ピアノの佐藤統はTHE BACK HORNの岡峰光舟らと結成するネオクラシカルインストメタルバンドMAOWや石崎ひゅーいのサポート等でも頭角を現わし、ドラムの梶原幸嗣は多くのアーティストや海外からも支持を受ける伝説のバンドREDЯUMやHUMAN TAILで活躍しつつ、PLASTICZOOMもサポート。引く手数多のメンバー達が一堂に会するというからにはこれはただごとではない。“静と動”と表すことも可能な、まったく異なるタイプの2バンドが合体し、ツインドラム5人編成から織りなす音はまさに圧巻である。

いきなり登場したこの大型新人バンド、まずは「RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL 2015」のステージが初お披露目となる。それに続き、「中津川THE SOLAR BUDOKAN 2015」への出演や、OVERGROUND ACOUSTIC UNDERGROUNDとの2マンライブなどが既に決定している。

そして、気になるアルバム情報だが、タイトルにも迷いがなく『THE BLACK COMET CLUB BAND』に決定！　10月7日に発売される期待の1stフルアルバムは完全生産限定アナログ盤（CD付属）も同時発売。全12曲で踊れること間違い無しのラインナップだ。

また、YouTubeオフィシャルサイトにて 1stフルアルバム収録「The Party Song」フル試聴スタートがした。 メンバーそれぞれの実力がフルに発揮された、 彼らならではの独特の音楽性にぜひ触れてみてほしい。

さらには全国ワンマンツアーも展開。まずは名古屋、大阪、東京の3カ所が決定している。 夏フェスに引き続きいよいよ動き出す、音楽通をうならせるこの謎の新人バンドの出現を 決して見逃してはならない！
