ハルカトミユキ、第2期を予感させる新曲リリース！

ハルカトミユキが今年掲げているマニフェストの“毎月新曲発表”。その第10弾となる「new moon」の配信が開始され、リリックビデオも公開された。

ハルカトミユキの2人が“人生を賭けて臨んだ”10月3日（土）開催の日比谷野音フリーライヴ「ひとり×3000」は、文字どおり3,000人の超満員となった。その直後にアナウンスされたのが、今年10曲目の新曲「new moon」。野音の準備に忙殺され、本番へ向かう緊張の高まる中で書き下ろし、リハーサルと並行してレコーディングされたのだという。

《これは怒りの涙だ》《目を覚まして！》《助けて！》と弛緩した自らに向けて強烈に覚醒を促す、絶叫のメッセージソング。野音のステージという巨大な壁に向かうドン・キホーテ＝ハルカとミユキのギリギリの不安と絶望、期待、開き直り、覚悟と決意がない混ぜになって詩となったこの曲は、脱出と救済の歌でもある。荒々しく一線を越えてしまったかのような、感情剥き出しの歌。繊細なアコースティックギターのアルペジオを轟音ギターが切り裂いていく、デビュー曲「Vanilla」以来のハルカトミユキの定番サウンドでありながら、荒々しくも無骨、そしてドラマチックに破綻していくさまは、ハルカトミユキの次期を予感させる。

リリックビデオには、2015 Song #2「嘘ツキ」以来2度目となる、新進気鋭の女優・打越梨子を再起用。月明りや太陽の光が差し込む中、ベッドに横たわり続けてもがき苦しむ姿が、丸1日かけて撮影された。サスペンス映画の冒頭シーンを思わせる字幕と美しく静謐な質感が印象的な一本だ。

野音のステージ上では、1年後の9月24日に再び野音に帰ってくること、それまでに全国47都道府県を巡るツアーに出ることを約束したハルカトミユキ。早くも来年2月にバンドでの東名阪公演が発表されていたが、それを待たずして年内にも中・四国公演（高松・岡山・広島・米子・松江）が急遽決定した。“来年が待ちきれないから、年内から旅に出ることにした”（ハルカ）とのことで、ハルカトミユキにとっては初めてのライヴとなる箇所ばかり。

さらに、野音で交わされたもう一つの約束は、この日のライヴをパッケージするというものだったが、その詳細も発表された。12月23日に野音公演本編全14曲を収めた、配信限定アルバムとして発売が決定！ 当日の興奮と感動を高音質で追体験してみてほしい。

また、配信ライヴアルバムと同時に発表されたのが、野音ライヴ来場者参加企画。異例の録画・撮影フリーだったこの公演で各々が記録した動画や写真をハルカトミユキ宛てに送ってもらい、この日アンコールで初披露された新曲「LIFE」のMVを作成するというものだ。ハルカとミユキも含めた“ひとりぼっち”が3,000人集まって大成功に終えた本公演。もう一度ひとりひとりの想い出を持ち寄って、1つの作品が完成する姿が見てみたい、という願いが込められた。当日の動画や写真を持っている人は参加してみよう！
