JELLYFiSH FLOWER'S、4曲入りEPをライブ会場限定で販売

JELLYFiSH FLOWER'Sが4曲入りEP『ブラックホール.EP』をライブ会場限定で販売することを発表した。

2015年8月にリリースした『ジェリーフィッシュフラワーズIII』以来約8か月ぶりのオリジナル音源は、バンドの拠点宮崎でレコーディングされたもの。4月17日（日）の東京渋谷TSUTAYA O-CRESTワンマン公演「終わりと再生のフラワーズ」より販売が開始される。また本作のジャケット写真、トレーラー映像も公開となった。ジャケットのイラストは松尾昭彦（Vo＆Gt）が描き、トレーラーも松尾がディレクションした。なお、作品に寄せる松尾のコメントも掲載されている。

JELLYFiSH FLOWER'Sは、松尾昭彦がメニエール病を疾患し、2016年6月でバンド活動の一時休止を発表したばかり。活動休止前、直前に完成した音源をライブ会場で是非手に取って欲しい。

合わせて活動休止前のラストライブとなる、6月9日（木）バンドの地元宮崎にて行なわれるライブの詳細も発表となったので、こちらも合わせてチェックしてほしい。

活動休止の一番の理由は僕の耳の調子が悪くなってしまったこと。
バンドが止まる前に何か残したい気持ちが全てを飲み込んで、3月25日から制作を開始しました。
全て地元宮崎で、僕らが生活する町で、完成したのは4月9日、出来立てホヤホヤ。
制作期間中、メンバーや友達が僕の耳の代わりになってくれました。
聞こえない音があるのは悔しかったですが、凄く心強かったです。
耳の調子が悪くなって良かったなって不謹慎だけど思えた瞬間があるくらい。
皆に無理を言ってパツパツのスケジュールでの制作でしたが、凄く充実した時間だったと僕は思ってます。
感謝です。

最近、仲良くなったショップのオーナーさんは携帯電話を持ってません。
「不便じゃないですか？」と聞いたら、「店に来てくれたら俺に会えるだろ？俺なりにライブしてるんだ」と話してくれました。
普通に考えたら、馬鹿馬鹿しい話かもしれません、普通に考えたら、です。
でも事実、いろんな形のライブが世界中で瞬間瞬間に行われていて、そう考えると僕がいる狭い世界にも急に光が当たったような気がして。

宇宙の膨張は未だ止まらないそうです。
しかもその中に全てを飲み込むブラックホールが存在するようです。
意味がわからないですよね、困ったもんです。
でも、それくらいのほうが気持ちいい気もします。
「ブラックホール.EP」は出逢うべくして出逢った人が聞いてくれたらそれで良いです。
人が変われば、時代も変わります。
時代が変われば、あとは受け入れるだけです。
悲しいですが、それが現実です。
