中村一義、盟友たちと作り上げた全国ツアーファイナル終演

3月2日に実に4年ぶりとなる、各方面からも大傑作との呼び声高いニューアルバム「海賊盤」とライブDVDを同時リリースした中村一義の全国ツアー「RockでなしRockn'roll2016～海賊大祝祭～」が5月31日に赤坂ブリッツにてツアーファイナルを迎えた。

オンタイムでステージに登場した中村一義。バンド“海賊"のメンバーと円陣を組みライブがスタートした。1曲目は『海賊盤』のリード曲「スカイライン」！会場全体が大きく手を振りながら大合唱となった。2曲目の「ロックンロール」でも、両手を高く上げてクラップを煽る。「東京！ファイナルだぞー！全部出し切るぞ！」とMCし、「ロザリオ」を駆け抜けるように演奏した。

「改めまして、東京に戻ってきました中村一義です！今年4年ぶりにニューアルバムをリリースさせて頂きました。ここからは『海賊盤』の曲も披露します！みんな、心で歌ってください！」という中村のMCで始まったのは「アドワン」。タイトなリズムとシリアスな世界観はそのままに見事なライブアレンジで披露されると、その後も最新アルバムの楽曲が続き、楽しみにしていた観客からは大きな拍手が起きた。

「ありがとうございます。来年で活動20周年です。デビュー当時はジャックナイフのように尖ってたけど、今ではすっかり丸くなってバターナイフみたいだから。明日から6月になりますけど、発表多いよ（笑）」と言うと会場からは笑いと喝采が起こった。「犬と猫」「キャノンボール」など、新旧の名曲計17曲を披露し、ライブ本編は終演した。

アンコールではアコースティックセットにより「魂の子守唄」をしっとりと歌い上げた。そしてラストの曲は「ビクターズ」。バンドメンバー総勢9名がステージに上がり演奏すると、会場からは今日一番のクラップやコーラスが巻き起こり、まさに“大祝祭"といえる大盛り上がりの中、ツアーファイナルを締めくくった。
