ハルカトミユキ、ニューアルバムはお互いの個性を融合させて全曲新録で勝負！

ハルカトミユキが8月17日に発売する2ndフルアルバム『LOVELESS/ARTLESS』の収録内容、アートワークがすべて明らかになった。

『LOVELESS/ARTLESS』に入る10曲はすべて新録。初回限定盤のDVDでは、2015年1月より毎月発表されてきた楽曲の、未商品化のままだったリリックビデオが一挙に収録される。変化を求めながら走り続けてきた彼女たちの軌跡を追うことができる、フルボリュームの内容だ。

2013年11月リリースの1stアルバム『シアノタイプ』から2年9ヶ月。この間に創作活動の休止、そして復活。そこから13ヶ月に及ぶ毎月の新曲発表。ワンマンツアーやフェスへの参加、2人だけの弾き語りツアーなど、大小多くのステージを経験。鋭く、儚い表現が武器だった2人は、そこに逞しさを加え、今年2月に行なわれたバンドを従えてのツアーでは、キャリア最高のパフォーマンスを披露した。そのライヴでの気迫は直後から始まったアルバム制作にも引き継がれている。2、3月で1枚には充分な曲数を一気に書き上げた2人は、今作には既発音源を入れずに、すべて新録音源にすることを決めた。

ハルカトミユキの楽曲は今までほぼすべての詞・曲をハルカ（Vo＆Gu）が手掛けてきたが、今作では10曲中半分をミユキ（Key＆Cho）が作曲（作詞は全曲ハルカ）。それによって新たな魅力が加わり、作品力は確実にアップした。その象徴と言えるのが、6月22日（水）の発表後、各所から絶賛を受けるリードトラック「奇跡を祈ることはもうしない」だ。時代、世代と正面から向き合ったハルカの歌詞、今の音楽シーンの中で明らかに異質な存在感を放つミユキの曲、お互いが持ち寄った個性の結晶が見事に融合。期待や評価に対して真っ向から挑み、アルバム曲の中で唯一難産の末に産まれたこの曲は、「Vanilla」「ドライアイス」「世界」と歩みを進めてきた彼女たちの最新のアンセムとなり得る楽曲に仕上がっている。

おそらく2人は、今回の制作期間で理想的なバランスを手に入れた。今作のリリースで、インディーズからメジャーに移籍して多くのリスナーやファンを獲得していた頃と同様の“静かなる快進撃”が再び始まる。この夏、彼女たちのひんやりした肌触りの“夏らしくない”このアルバムは、予想を超えて広まるはずだ。

昨年10月の日比谷野外大音楽堂から始まった「47都道府県LIFE TOUR」。1年をかけて全国を回り、今年9月24日（土）に再び野音のステージに帰ることを約束している。また、その直前9月10日（土）大阪、11日（日）名古屋も含めたバンドを背負っての東名阪ツアーのチケットは、現在先着先行受付中！ 長きにわたる旅の集大成を見届けてほしい。

そして、リリースを記念して東京、名古屋、大阪、福岡で行なわれるイベントも発表に。近い距離でいち早く新曲を堪能できる貴重なステージを、お見逃しなく！
