Xmas Eileen、ついに全国ツアーがスタート＆福岡公演対バンにKNOCK OUT MONKEYを発表

Xmas Eileenが、1stアルバム『ONLY THE BEGINNING』を携えた全国ツアー『ONLY THE BEGINNING TOUR 2016』をスタートさせた。

10月9日のツアー初日当日は、大阪城ホールで開催された『ビクターロック祭り～2016大阪・秋の陣～』のオープニングアクトとして出演。アリーナの客席に強烈な爪痕を残し、ツアー最初の公演となる千葉LOOKへ大移動。おそらくロック史上初であろう大阪城ホールと千葉LOOKのダブルヘッダーとなった。

12:20からスタートした『ビクターロック祭り～2016大阪・秋の陣～』では、「FLY HIGH」からノンストップ4曲を畳み掛けると、客席も一気にヒートアップ。「Walk the Talk」では会場一体となってモンキーダンス、「March」ではタオルを振り回しながらのシンガロング、ラストは「Keep on A・B・C・ing」で最高潮へ。最後にボーカル右が「次はオープニングアクトなんて肩書きなしで戻ってきます。また会いましょう！」とコメントし、ステージを後にした。

そして、チケットが即日完売となったワンマン公演の千葉LOOKでいよいよ『ONLY THE BEGINNING TOUR 2016』が幕開け。タイトル通り1stアルバム『ONLY THE BEGINNING』の曲を中心に、新旧含めたセットリストを披露した。超満員となった千葉LOOKのフロアは1曲目から熱量がピークに。そのままアッパーな曲でグイグイ引っ張り、あっと言う間に最後の曲へ。Xmas Eileenの魅力であるヘビーロック、ラップ、レゲエ、ポップの要素が凝縮された、唯一無二のステージを見せつけた。

こうして、ファイナルシリーズの大阪BIGCAT、代官山UNITまでの全国12公演がスタート。そして唯一発表されていなかった福岡公演の対バンにKNOCK OUT MONKEYが発表され、全会場の対バンが明らかになった。すでにソールドアウトの会場も続出し、チケットも残りわずかとなってきているとのことなので、気になる方はお早めのチェックを。
