「間違いなく一番熱い」AKiツアー後半へ

　11月中旬よりソロとしては2度目のワンマンツアー“Doom boombox”を8都市で敢行中のAKi（シド・ベーシスト明希）が、5本目の横浜公演を12月1日にF.A.D YOKOHMAで開催。
「間違いなく一番熱い」とMCで言い切るほどの灼熱のステージでツアー後半戦の火蓋を勢いよく切り、満員のフロアを大きく揺らした。

　キャリア初のシングル「STORY」を11月16日にリリースしたばかりということで、その収録曲をポイントに置きつつライブは進行。
登場するなり「トバすぜ横浜！」と叫んだAKiに応えてうねり、飛び跳ねるフロアを、彼もステージから目いっぱい伸び上がって後ろまで煽り立てる。
「今日、俺たちは何があっても演奏やめないから。フロアはオマエ達にまかしたよ！どこまでも熱くイケよ！」とオーディエンスに宣戦布告して、ひたすらに熱を放出していくスタイルはAKiロックの真骨頂。
初っ端から十分に熱いはずの場内が、曲が進むごとに予想を超えてヒートアップしていくのには驚くばかりだ。

　その要因の一つは、妖艶さと力強さを併せ持ったAKi独自の世界観。
時に艶めかしいベースソロで魅せたかと思えば、時にゴリゴリのラインを放ち、時に混沌の中にある苛立ちを叩きつけるように歌えば、時に麗しい旋律に乗せて想いを謳う。
メッセージ性の強いリリックと生まれ持つ甘い歌声が熱を帯びることで“伝える”力は威力を増し、加えてアンコールで贈られたアコースティック曲では、フロアに伸ばされた腕さえも表情豊かに想いを語って、“表現者・AKi”の底力を見せつける。

　さらに特筆すべきが、春の１stワンマンツアーにMUCCとのダブルヘッドラインツアー『M.A.D』、L’Arc～en～CielのKen主宰による『PARTY ZOO』等、今年40本を超えるステージで培ってきた強靭なバンドグルーヴだ。
ドラムの宮上元克（THE MAD CAPSULE MARKETS）、ギターの加藤貴之（兎-usagi-）に佑聖（ex. THE KIDDIE、GUTS AND DEATH）という不動のライブメンバーとの息もピッタリで、ロック極まるインスト曲「Swag」でのスリリングな音のせめぎ合いも見事。
そんなAKiライブ楽しみ方はオーディエンスにも浸透したようで、感情のままに身体を揺らして拳を振り上げる、そのフリーダムな盛り上がりっぷりは、前回ツアーの比ではない。大合唱やクラップも抜群のタイミングで湧き起こり、AKi自身も「いいよ、ライブウスっぽくて！“これがやりたかったんだよ、俺！”っていうものができてる」と喜びを爆発させた。　

「最高です」と「ありがとう」を繰り返して、右肩上がりの成長曲線を証明したツアーも12月11日高崎club FLEEZ、12月16日、新宿BLAZEと残りわずか。12月16日、新宿BLAZEでのツアーファイナルでは、さらに燃え上がるように熱い景色が待っているはずだ。
