I Don't Like Mondays. 、6月発売のE.P.『SUMMER』より新曲「PRINCE」を先行配信

I Don't Like Mondays.が約5ヶ月ぶりとなる新曲「PRINCE」を配信リリースし、6月7日（水）に同曲を収録したE.P.をリリースすることが最新のアーティスト・ビジュアルと共に明らかになった。

E.P.のタイトルはズバリ『SUMMER』。毎回シンプルなタイトルにドキリとさせられるが、アイドラ流の心地良い夏をアテンドする必携アイテムとなることは間違いない。収録曲である「PRINCE」は3月8日よりLINE MUSICで独占先行配信がスタートし、17日（金）には各サイトにて配信が開始される。オフィシャルHPおよびYouTubeではティザー映像が公開されているので、こちらも要チェックだ。

また、同じくE.P.に収録の「Shape of love」が広島PARCO のCMソングに起用され、3月7日（火）より広島地区にて約半月に渡りO.A.される。こちらは同店の新館15周年を記念して提供された新曲で、全編英詞による彼ら得意のダンサブルなナンバーとなっている。

そして、3月8日（水）20時より、JOINT GIG TOURの前哨戦および「PRINCE」の配信開始を記念した形でLINE LIVEにてアコースティックLIVEの生配信が行なわれる。CD音源やフルバンド編成のライブとはまた一味違ったハートウォーミングな演奏と軽妙なトークが毎回好評であり、今回もまた見逃せない内容となりそうだ。

I Don't Like Mondays.は初のプロデュースイベント「IDLMs. JOINT GIG TOUR」を3月10日（金）東京・リキッドルームを皮切りに3月12日（日）大阪、3月17日（金）名古屋にて開催する事が決定しているが、各会場にて6月E.P.『SUMMER』の会場限定予約特典としてココでしか手に入らない秘蔵音源CDがプレゼントされることもわかった。こちらは激レア・アイテムとなること必至なので、ファンの方はこちらもマストでチェックしてほしい。
