UVERworld、アルバム『TYCOON』は全18曲の大ボリュームに＆新曲全開のツアースタート

UVERworldが8月2日にリリースするニューアルバム『TYCOON』の収録曲を発表した。 映画『銀魂』の主題歌「DECIDED」、TVアニメ『青の祓魔師 京都不浄王篇』オープニングテーマ「一滴の影響」をはじめ、日本テレビ MIDNITEテレビシリーズのエンディングテーマ曲に決定した「Q.E.D.」等、全18曲を収録。総収録時間78分59秒にも及ぶ大作となっている。

また、6月26日の札幌ペニーレーン24でのライヴを皮切りに、新曲を育てていくツアー『GROVEST GIG～toward IDEAL REALITY～』がスタート。初日に札幌を選んだ理由についてTAKUYA∞（Vo）は 「北海道で合宿して制作した新曲たちをまず最初に北海道のみんなに届けたかった」と語った。

披露したほとんどの楽曲がアルバムに収録される曲で構成されたプレミアムなライヴでは、「最高のツアー初日迎えられました！　またホールツアー、フェスで帰ってくる！」とファンとの再会を約束し、幕を閉じた。

ライヴハウスツアー、ホールツアー、そして11月からはアリーナツアーも控えているUVERworld。アルバムを引っ提げて全国を駆け抜ける彼らからますます目が離せない。
