SUGIZO、ツアー初日の石巻公演にて最終公演のゲストにToshl、RYUICHI、清春の出演を発表

ソロ活動20周年を迎えたSUGIZOが11月19日の石巻公演を皮切りにツアー『SUGIZO TOUR 2017 Unity for Universal Truth』をスタートさせた。

ツアー初日に選んだ石巻は、東日本大震災直後にSUGIZOが泥かきや瓦礫の撤収などボランティアスタッフのリーダーとして地元の方々と共に活動し、その後何度も訪れている特別な地。会場となった石巻BLUE RESISTANCEでは、2015年にX JAPANで始めてライヴを行っており、2016年にソロとしても念願が叶ってステージに立った思い入れのあるライヴハウスである。SUGIZOはライブで「SUGIZOの大切な第二の故郷に戻って参りました。寒い中どうもありがとう。この場所から20周年を記念するすごく大切なツアーを始めることができて、泣きたいほどうれしいです。本当にありがとう・・・」 と語った。

また、アンコール後のMCではツアーファイナルとなる12月6日のZepp Tokyo公演のスペシャルゲストにToshl、RYUICHI、清春の出演を発表！　11月29日にリリースを控える多彩なゲスト・ヴォーカリストを迎えたフィーチャリングアルバム『ONENESS M』に参加している彼らとの、一夜限りの奇跡のコラボレーションが実現する。
