二次元からやってきた愛夢GLTOKYO、12月27日に原宿アストロホールを舞台に4時間耐久ワンマン公演を実施。

「「アニメ」「ボーカロイド」「コスプレ」「ゲーム」「ゴシックロリータ」など、非現実的な日本のサブカルチャーに特化した2.5次元ユニット」として活動中のグループが愛夢GLTOKYO。とてもわかりやすい説明だったので、先に資料に記してあった言葉を張り付けたい。

「誰もが持つ「変身願望」を表現するため、普段とユニット活動時は容姿を大きく変えパフォーンスをしています。ほかに類似するユニットは現れておらず、2.5次元ユニットとしてどこよりも独走しています。楽曲はロック、EDM、ボカロ、８bitと幅広いが、パフォーマンスはコンビネーションやミュージカル調にすることが多く、独特の振付を得意としています。
　ライブ以外にもメディア出演として、テレ朝「金曜ロンドンハーツ」「お願いランキング」などバラエティ方面にも進出。海外や日本各地でボカロ曲のカバーから、オリジナル曲まで踊ってみたを多数youtubeにアップしています。「2.5 次元」「ゴスロリ」などの検索キーワードでNo,1を獲得し、MVの再生回数が14万回突破しました」

2017年の愛夢GLTOKYOは「限界を決めない、更なる挑戦の年」をテーマに精力的な活動を続けてきた。その成果を示すため、彼女たちは「次のシングルが4000枚売れなかったら坊主になる」と宣言し、11月27日に2ndシングル『B奪取』を発売。リリースから3週間で4200枚を突破し坊主を免れれば、今もまだ売上枚数を伸ばし続けている。その『B奪取』について、メンバーはこんな言葉を寄せてくれた。

「『B奪取』は、スーパーマ●●●風な赤と緑のおじさんとペンキを撃ちまくるスプ●●●ー●みたいな2つのゲームをオマージュしたパーティソングです。MVでは、メンバーが赤と緑のおじさんに扮して暴れまわったり、ペンキを投げつけあったりしています」(ライチャス☆警備員)

愛夢GLTOKYOは、今年の活動の集大成として、12月27日(水)に原宿アストロホールで通算6回目となるワンマン公演を行う。以前は、TSUTAYA O-WESTを舞台に400人を動員。今回も集客数が気になるところだが、何よりも目を引いたのが今回のタイトル。それが、「前人未到の4時間耐久ついてこれる奴はついてこい」。その内容も…。

「「愛夢は地球を救う」んです。ワンマンならではの企画や演出が盛りだくさんのように、歌だけじゃなく、いろんなコーナーを作った4時間マラソンライブにしていきます!!。愛夢GLTOKYOは総合パフォーマンスユニットのように、この日も、視覚と聴覚などいろんな感覚をフルに駆使して楽しんで欲しくって。かなりこだわった上映用映像も作れば、ピリカとココパールは女優としても活動しているように2人ならではのコミカルな演技も見せますし、メンバーそれぞれのソロコーナーも用意しています」」(NEOアリカーベル)
