Starwave Recordsへ新たにL.A bateが所属!!。彼らの掲げるNew V-style『CLUB CORE』とは!?

　Starwave Recordsが設立8周年を記念し、制作。7月19日に発売するオムニバスDVD『Starwave Records Vol.6』。同作品には、FIXER/未完成アリス/Scarlet Valse/ラヴェーゼ/La’veil MizeriA/THE SOUND BEE HD/UNDER FALL JUSTICE/BLESS THIS MESS/Magistina Sagaに加え、「まだ所属を発表していない新バンド」の計10組の映像を収録すると先に発表していた。
その「謎の新バンド」が、「ラウドロックを軸として静と動を操る重厚なリズム、多色多様なデジタルサウンドを用いたエモーショナルな楽曲。New V-style『CLUB CORE』を掲げ」、大阪を拠点に活動中のL.A bateだった。

　先にキャッチコピーでも示したように、L.A bateのサウンドの軸を成しているのが、刺激的なデジタルサウンドと低音を轟かす重厚な音をミックス、そこへグロウルしたヴォーカルが絡み合うラウドなロックスタイル。ただし、みずからNew V-style『CLUB CORE』を掲げヴィジュアルシーンへ殴り込みをかけたように、ラウド系バンドという枠を逸脱した音楽性を彼らは提示している。もちろんヴィジュアル系という舞台で活動を行うように、魔性のような容姿も魅力となれば、妖艶でダークな要素や耳を捉えるデジタル音の数々、華激でつかみを持った表情もL.A bateを語るうえで見逃せない。
L.A bateは、この夏より正式にStarwave Recordsへと所属。9月に所属第一弾シングル作品をリリースする。同時に、9月に主催イベントも開催する。詳細は間もなく告知になる。それまでは、先に自主制作でリリースした1stシングル『GET FxxK Hxx』(https://youtu.be/rbIWkvFrb9w)を参考に、バンドの魅力を探っていただきたい。『GET FxxK Hxx』のMVは、かなり危険な香りを漂わせる内容のように、その映像を観ることで、今後L.A bateがどんな表情をStarwave Recordsを通し提示してゆくかへ期待が高まるのではないかと予想する。

現状、Starwave Recordsの発表、9月に最新シングルと主催イベントの開催という断片的なニュースのみだけに、まだまだL.A bateは謎のヴェールに包まれている。とはいえ、今も定期的にライブ活動中のように、気になった方はオフィシャルサイトをチェックし、L.A bateのライブに足を運んでいただきたい。そのうえで、今後レーベルから発表になる続報を心待ちにしていて欲しい。
