声優/シンガー太田彩華率いる太田家、1stアルバム「愛読書」を発売。

声優/シンガー/作詞家/DJなどマルチな才能を発揮し活動中の太田彩華。彼女がヴォーカル/ベースとして活動中のバンド「太田家」が、11月25日(水)に1stアルバム「愛読書」を発売する。文学を敬愛する太田彩華らしいタイトルを名付けているところにも、彼女のセンスを感じさせられた。

太田家は、始動以来積極的に楽曲配信/MV制作を行ない続けてきたバンド。「文学的青春パンクバンド」と名乗るように、勢い良く弾けた楽曲も魅力だが、同曲たちを朗読する太田彩華を映し出したYouTube動画も制作するなど、言葉/想いを大切に表現しているところも大きな特色になっている。太田彩華が声優として活動していることもあり、二次元や創作物との親和性も高く、太田家としてもアニメの主題歌や舞台劇のテーマ曲などの制作も行なってきた。
新曲やカバー曲も含む1stアルバム「愛読書」は、太田家の活動の歩みを集大成した作品として完成。「青春」(THE-HIGH-LOWS)「卒業」(ガガガSP)「小さな恋のうた」(MONGOL800)のカバーから、THE BOOGIE JACKのヒライシュンタ、ザ・マスミサイルの高木芳基、太陽族の花男が楽曲提供していることからも太田家が「文学的青春パンクバンド」と名乗る理由が見えてくる。

太田家は、太田彩華(Vo&B)/太田ひさおくん(Key)/太田エリカ様(G)/太田たけちゃん(De)と、メンバー全員が太田姓を名乗っている。アルバムにも、全編「おおた!!」と叫び続けている「太田家」という楽曲も収録しているように、このバンド、全国各地を「おおた」で盛り上げようとする「全国おおた作戦」を密かに進めていることから、全国各地の「おおた」にまつわる地域や名産などとのコラボレートも行なっている。
