キノコホテル、ゲーム『刺青の国』主題歌を含むアルバム詳細＆最新ビジュアル解禁

キノコホテルが7月27日にリリースする、2年ぶりとなるフル・アルバムのタイトルと最新ビジュアルを解禁した。

気になるアルバムタイトルは『マリアンヌの革命』。公開された最新のアーティスト写真では、最注目のアーティスト・チョーヒカルのペインティングを施したマリアンヌ東雲を見ることができる。ジャケットもペインティングを施したマリアンヌの写真をデザインしたものになる予定だ。

アルバムはレコーディング真っ最中とのことだが、これまで同様、プロデュースと作詞作曲はマリアンヌ東雲が手掛け、全10曲のオリジナル楽曲が制作される。中でも、映画会社「日活」が新しく立ち上げたゲームレーベル「SUSHI TYPHOON GAMES」の第一弾タイトル『刺青の国』の書き下ろし主題歌「流浪ギャンブル」、MVが制作されるニューウェイヴ色濃い「おねだりストレンジ・ラヴ」、メロウな長尺サイケデリック・ナンバー「遠雷」など、キノコホテル特有の毒気と色気の強い作品が目白押しだ。

限定盤には、MVと昨年11月に開催した東京キネマ倶楽部の実演会映像のDVDが付き、12月に逝去した“元祖プレイボーイ”の野坂昭如「マリリン・モンロー・ノーリターン」や、アーントサリー「すべて売り物」のカバー曲の映像が収録される。

7月には、リリース直前企画「スナック東雲・特別営業『マリアンヌの革命』お披露目前夜祭」と題して、7月21日（木）大阪プラスワンウエスト、24日（日）新宿ネイキッドロフトにてトークイベントを開催。アルバムの制作秘話や映像なども期待したいところ。9月からは、リリース記念として単独公演ツアー「サロン・ド・キノコ～ゲバゲバ大革命」をスタートする。各地の前売券発売の情報も公開されたので、是非チェックしてみよう。
