Synk;yetの莉希が、ソロプロジェクト「LIKI PROJECT」を発足!!7月にシングルをリリース

まさに、これはNEWSだ!!。Synk;yetのヴォーカルとして活動中の莉希が、このたびソロ・プロジェクトをスタートさせる。その名も、LIKI PROJECT。
これまでにも、散発的ながらイベントライブに出演してはソロでのステージも行っていたように、莉希がソロとして動き出す布石は確かにあった。ただし、その頃は本格的と言うよりは、自身に刺激を与えるセッション活動的なニュアンスも強く含まれていた。
もちろん、昔も今も彼の活動の中心はSynk;yetである。ただ、リーダーの栞が一時的に表舞台から遠ざかっている環境や、ソロの活動で得た刺激をSynk;yetへフィードバックしていきたい想いもあり、今回、本格的なソロ・プロジェクトを。その名も、LIKI PROJECTを行うことを表明した。

LIKI PROJECTは、7月27日(水)に1stシングル『空虚に浮かぶ楽園』を発売する。この楽曲は、Misarukaのソングライターであり筋肉ドラマーのvetchieが手がけている。すでにライブでも披露しているように、一部のファンにはお馴染みの楽曲と言えようか。
『空虚に浮かぶ楽園』は、ダークと開放した表情2つの魅力を刹那の糸で繋ぎ合わせた、とても哀切で情熱抱いた楽曲として仕上がっている。ヴィジュアル面では、黒を基調とした軍服スタイルを提示。何処かサディスティックな雰囲気を釀しだしているところも、莉希に似合う表情だ。サディスティックな刺激とマゾヒスティックな妖艶さは楽曲の中にも滲み出ているように、そこもヴィジュアル面と巧みにシンクロしている。

今回の作品は、全国流通盤のTYPE-Aとライブ会場＆通販限定盤のTYPE-Bの2タイプで同時に発売する。つまり、LIKI PROJECTはライブ活動も本格的に行うということだ。Synk;yetの活動の合間に、どんな形を持ってLIKI PROJECTが動き出すのか、ぜひ注目して欲しい。
