bloodthirsty butchers、名作『kocorono』発売20周年を記念し「最終盤」を完全限定生産

bloodthirsty butchersが1996年10月23日にリリースした傑作『kocorono』の発売20周年を記念した『kocorono最終盤』の発売が決定した。

「2月」で始まり「12月」で終わる11カ月の心象風景で綴られる本作は、多くのアーティストやクリエイターに衝撃を与えると同時にある種の諦念をもたらせ、また熱心なロック・リスナーにとって今なお“特別な1枚"であり続ける文字通りの歴史的な名盤であり、2010年3月にもアルバム未収録曲の「1月」を加えた『kocorono完全盤』として一度リイシューされている。

今作は生前リーダーの吉村秀樹自らが「あれは俺の宝」と語っていた幻の未発表音源「kocorono」がスタッフ執念の捜索により奇跡的に発見されたことを受け、ボーナス・トラックとしてその「kocorono」を追加収録、当時のプロデューサー名越由貴夫を招聘してリマスタリングを施した上でオリジナル盤発売から丁度20年目の2016年10月23日に発売される。商品には84ページ（予定）に及ぶブックレットを封入、当時のスタッフやメンバーの録り下ろしインタビュー、当時の雑誌インタビューの再掲載、書き下ろしライナーノーツ、当時の未発表写真など、ファンには見逃せないコンテンツが目白押しの充実の内容だ。
