人間椅子が25周年ライヴにて“BEST FUNDOSHIST”を受賞!?

　今年25周年を迎える人間椅子がワンマンツアー「バンド生活二十五年～猟奇の果～」のファイナル公演を、1月18日に東京・TSUTAYA O-EASTにて行なった。

　同公演は昨年秋の「萬燈籠」レコ発2days完売を受けての追加公演として企画されたものであり、彼らのワンマンライヴとしては25年間の歴史の中で最も大きな最大の会場であったが、チケットはソールドアウトし、満員御礼となった。

　新旧楽曲、レア曲も織り交ぜられた選曲が披露された一夜となった。前半には、名曲「りんごの泪」、「怪人二十面相」や「九相図のスキャット」へと猟奇的、奇怪な楽曲が炸裂！　曲中に落語を取り入れた「品川心中」では年金ネタを盛り込むなど随所に観客を笑わせるなどお客さんを魅了！　また、収録用のカメラが入っていることや今年の暑い時期には、新作を出すというようなファンにとっては嬉しい報告もあった。

　アンコールでは和嶋（Gu）が「30、40、50、60年と、これからもずっと人間椅子を続けてもよろしいでしょうか!?」「バンド活動を死ぬまでやります！」と宣言。ナカジマノブ（Dr）は「こないだ友達の怒髪天の武道館に行ってきて、あれは感動した。怒髪天は“最遅"で武道館ライヴをやったようだけど、人間椅子は武道館公演の最年長記録を狙います！」と高らかに宣言した。

　ダブルアンコールではこの日のライヴ前に「BEST FUNDOSHIST AWARD 2013（ベストフンドシスト賞2013）」を受賞したことを報告！　この賞は、その年にふんどし普及に貢献し、活躍した著名人を対象に選出。今回、人間椅子が選出された理由は、メンバー全員がふんどし愛用者であり、特に鈴木研一（Ba＆Vo）がライヴで魅せるふんどし姿が話題になったことに加え、2013年に幕張メッセで開催された「Ozzfest Japan 2013」への出演、ももいろクローバーZとの共演や高い音楽性と独特の存在感で話題を呼んだことも挙げられた。また、2014年にバンドが結成25周年を迎えることもあり、ますますのふんどし普及への貢献が期待される他、ファンからの推薦が最も多かったことも受賞への後押しとなったという。ふんどし姿で表彰状を掲げ、ステージに登場した鈴木は、勢いそのままに「どっとはらい」を演奏し、ライヴの盛り上がりはピークに達し終了した。

　人間椅子は、ZAZEN BOYSとの2マンライヴが3月20日にTSUTAYA O-EASTで開催されることが決まっている。こちらにも是非足を運んでみてはいかがだろうか。
