それでも世界が続くならがMV「イツカの戦争」を公開＆次回MV「SNSとオフライン」の主演を一般募集

それでも世界が続くならが、8/1にリリースする活動中止前最後のアルバム「それでも世界が続くなら」より、先行ミュージック・ビデオ「イツカの戦争」を公開、次回MV「SNSとオフライン」の一般募集を開始した。

本作「イツカの戦争」は、Vo 篠塚が「生きる意味がない」と言う少女と出会い「最初から意味なんてない、なくていい」と言った、実体験を基にした楽曲。
レコーディング時には、あえて殆ど歌詞を書かず、言いたいことをフリースタイルで歌唱する形をとることで、会話同様の、よりリアルな言葉を音楽化することをコンセプトにし、ロック特有の予定調和と自分達の常識を破壊することを目標にレコーディングされた楽曲。

本作は、時間帯やロケ地等にもリアルな人間の醜さと美しさを追求し、ライブ同様に演奏シーンだけを撮影、ストロベリームーンと呼ばれる「地球から月が一番遠い日」が日程に選ばれ、またCGや合成ではなく、現実に人間が生活している夜景の美しさを記録することで、自分を醜いと思ってしまう人達の価値観を壊すことをコンセプトに作成された、美しいMV。
メンバーは、「月に手を伸ばせ、たとえ届かなくても。ってあの有名なミュージシャンは言ってたけど、どのくらい手が届かないのか、月が一番遠い日に手を伸ばしてみたくなるじゃないですか」とコメント、ボーカルの篠塚よりメッセージが届いている。
また昨夜、活動中止前最後のミュージックビデオ「SNSとオフライン」の主演を一般公募を開始し、そちらも今月末頃に公開予定となっている。
