d-girlsのyoshimi、ソロ活動の集大成となる「デビュー11周年コンプリートボックス」のクラウドファンディングを実施中

d-girlsの中心メンバーとして活動中。同時に、ソロアーティストとしてもライブ活動や作品のリリースを続けてきたyoshimi。彼女は今、クラウドファンディングを通し、一つの呼びかけを行っている。それが、「デビュー11周年を記念した、コンプリートボックスの製作」だ。先に、クラウドファンディングのページにも掲載しているyoshimiの言葉を紹介したい。

「はじめましてyoshimiと申します。ダンスボーカルユニットd-girlsとして、そしてyoshimi表記でソロ活動をしています。物心ついた時から歌手になりたい夢を抱き、私は音楽活動11周年を迎えさせていただいております。
10周年を迎えた時に、今までの活動を、何か記念に形として残せたら素敵だなと思うようになりました。長く活動していることで、デビュー当時からずっと応援して下さっている方、そしてここ数年、ソロ、d-girlsの活動を通して出会った方に、成長やもっと自分を発信、知ってもらいたいと思ったからです。
理由の1つとしては、今現在、ソロでのCDが品薄状態ということ。d-girlsでの活動を中心としていることもあるので、ソロライブを沢山すると言う訳にもいかず…資金が集まるまでに、果てしない年月が過ぎてしまうのではと思いました。それで、11周年の節目に、クラウドファンディングにチャレンジしようと思いました。｢辞めないから推して♡｣が最近の座右の銘になりました。
ここまで活動して来れたのは、ファンの皆さんが応援して下さるおかげ以外の何ものでもなく、ずっとここまで夢を見続けられていること、そんな皆様に支えて頂いている毎日に本当に心から感謝しています。これからも皆さんに恩返しが出来るように活動に励んで行くので、どうか皆さん、ご支援のほど宜しくお願い致します!!!」

本人も記しているように、毎月の定期公演などソロ活動も行っているとはいえ、あくまでも彼女が中心に据えているのはd-girlsとしての活動。d-girlsは、5月3日にTSUTAYA O-WEST。8月13日には恵比寿リキッドルームでの単独公演も控えているように、どうしてもグループとしての動きへ比重が傾くのも仕方のないこと。
とはいえ、CD盤にしていないだけで、ソロとして制作しストックし続けてきた楽曲も手元にあれば、ライブを通し歌い続けてきた未音源楽曲もある。過去にリリースした音源の中には、すでに手に入らない作品もあるように、彼女自身はもちろん。yoshimiファンたちが「yoshimi自身の歩みをしっかり音源として記録に残すこと」を強く臨んでいた。その想いを形しようと選んだのが、今回の「デビュー11周年を記念した、コンプリートボックスの製作」というわけだ。

今回のプロジェクトの募集終了の期間が、3月17日(日)の23時59分まで。そう、残り一週間を切っている。当初の希望額は達成しているとはいえ、今回の資金次第でコンプリートボックスの充実化はもちろん。デビュー12周年を迎える秋頃に発売を予定、最新ソロアルバムの制作費としても用いるように、今回のクラウドファンディングへの挑戦は「コンプリートボックス」で既決するのではなく、yoshimiのソロ活動12周年へ繋がるためのものでもある。それもあって、少しでも未来へ繋がるバトンを手渡すためにもと、最期のお願いを申し出たというわけだ。
